Welcome to our classroom blog! We are looking forward to a fabulous year. Here are just a few things to make sure we're ready for tomorrow:
*If you have not done so already, please make sure to bring the completed forms back to school. It is especially crucial that we receive the How I Get Home form so we know where to take your little one when school ends.
*Our school doors open at 8:00 AM. No students will be allowed inside except for students that are signed-up and registered for Club Poly. You are welcome to walk your child into their classroom the first 2 weeks of school. After the first two weeks, we respectfully ask that you allow your child to walk themselves into the school. You are welcome to drop them off at the front doors, please remember to park in a parking spot if you choose to do so.
*Our goal is to begin class no later than 8:30 tomorrow morning! We understand that this is a big day for your little one, so we are extending our "Morning Work" time to 8:30. However, we have a lot to learn, even on our first day! Thank you for your understanding, we promise we will take good care of your children! =)
*There are some important forms & letters in your child's cubby. Please take these out of your child's cubby tomorrow if you are coming into the classroom with them tomorrow morning. Thank you!
*The snack schedule has been posted under the Snack Schedule tab on this blog. Please make sure to check the schedule for your snack day. Don't forget that it is enough servings for 50 students and the snack must come from the approved snack list found in the Welcome to Kindergarten Packet that was given to you at ILP/Orientation.
*Don't forget your child's waterbottle, backpack, extra change of clothes, and (if a full-day student) lunch box! Make sure all of these items are clearly labeled with your child's first and last name.
We have truly enjoyed getting to meet all of you and cannot wait to begin a wonderful year!
